TBIB & Covid-19 (We’re still here)

This message is to keep you in the loop on TBIB’s strategy during the current situation relating to COVID-19.
During this period, TBIB remains open for business, and fully operational.
We have adopted a range of measures to reduce the risks to staff, and we haven’t had any cases or indeed suspect any cases of COVID-19 in our office. These include;
- Postponing, cancelling or rescheduling outside meetings and travel unless urgent.
- Secure car parks for all staff to remove the need to use public transport
- Ongoing environmental and health and safety monitoring and training for staff to identify potential problems before they develop.
When and if necessary the whole team is able to operate remotely at full capacity.
TBIB has employed secure and reliable remote workstation functionality for some years and clients will always have full access to our Acc ount Managers for new business and renewal enquiries and most importantly for the management of claims.

These measures will allow TBIB to continue “business as usual” and you won’t notice any change in the service you have come to expect from us.
We are staying up to date with the latest direction from the Australian Government and respective health authorities in order to best look after our team and our clients.
